Au Vieux Quimper creperie in a book!

Our crêperie is an institution in Quimper, as much for its authentic setting as for the quality of its crêpes. That's why it naturally featured in a book recently published by La Nouvelle Bleue: "Je cuisine à la Quimpéroise, 25 recettes et reportages du pays de Cornouaille", by Guénaëlle Théaud and Franck Betermin!

 

A book that puts Quimper gastronomy in the spotlight

 

Embark on a culinary journey through the kitchens and workshops of our professional chefs! The book features 25 recipes from the Cornouaille region, with a special place for Quimper, of course! Seafood, lichouseries and, of course, crêpes! There are also archive photos, reports and good addresses, as well as some lovely portraits.

We're delighted to be featured in the book "Je cuisine à la Quimpéroise, 25 recettes et reportages du pays de Cornouaille" in a report devoted to the Place au Beurre and the adjacent streets, where you'll find many of the crêperies that are emblematic of Old Quimper. Kevin tells us about our crêperie, and Ben shares a delicious recipe for a wheat crêpe with apples from the orchards of Cornouaille.
